Echoes and Lines

Lines and more lines. Keremeos Ranch.

The hay lines are echoed in the mountain behind. Keremeos Haying Time.
Both echoes and lines seem to be important in composition. Here are a couple of examples for you whilst you wait for the soccer and election results. Enjoy your week-end! Why ever not? I am at my computer but I can multitask and also watch the cavortings of a couple of flycatchers through the window, and beyond, the scudding clouds.... Today we are off to Linden Gardens for brunch with friends, so you will have to put up with more flower photos soon..
Today is Father's Day so all you fathers take a break from dusting, and remember to throw your young son or daughter way up in the air in celebration. If you don't have one, throw your wife up instead.

Line repetition is actually soothing to view. Your ranch surprises me a little but I don't really never knew that much about your country but thanks for blogs like yours I am learning a lot.

Both pictures are amazing. Great to live in such an environment.
