Fruit in Season

Seven Places from which to admire the View

The View over Penticton from Munson Mountain

Way down from the mountain

Ripening Apricots
Today we went to the Farmers' Market and bought raspberries, apricots, and juicy big black cherries. The apricots are almost ripe, and in our Saturday Explorations of Naramata and Penticton we found an apricot tree. We sat in the shade after our walk munching on fruit....

What a wonderfully healthy life you lead. All that exercise in the fresh air and delicious fresh fruit to munch on afterwards!

I have been looking at your photographs of Penticton for probably a year now and somehow I still can't visualise the entire place in my mind. I have looked it up on Google and Streetcam and still can't quite get a feel of the place. There is only one thing left - expect a visit soon.

I'm glad I found your blog, through Desiree. The locations in your photos are familiar to me. My daughter and SIL manage the golf course at Spirit Ridge in Osoyoos and live in Oliver and we visit them several times a year. It's a beautiful part of the country. I'll visit your blog frequently as well.

Alan. you can see the whole of Penticton in the photo above, even a bit of Skaha Lake on the left. We are taking bookings in our luxury suite downstairs, but you have to book ahead it is very popular! You and the GWL will be most welcome!
Pat: We are quite concerned about storage for your wonderful scrapbooks! We have a cabin at Pigeon Lake which is quite full of all ours! Maybe you will have to buy the cabin next door! It is for sale!
