Enough Snow, it's Easter!

Magnolias are out in Penticton

Saskatoon flowers are opening again.

Warblers are returning

Cherry blossoms downtown are opening.
OK, no more snow, I hear you. But what about Tornadoes? I hear they are having a bad time in the USA now. We saw three at once bearing towards the camera yesterday in Oklahoma, on TV. Spring is the season for the worst ones, but they can come anytime. They have some bad ones in South Africa too. The British ones, about 33 per year, are not very strong. There can be tornadoes in S. America, Europe, N India; particularly devastating in Bangladesh; E. China, The Philippines, S. Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Anyway, here are some nice Spring photos to make your blood warm up again...

All of these are extremely beautiful, but my favourite has to be the first of the pink magnolias. It is such a wonderfully composed picture! I'm holding thumbs for perfect weather over Easter ;)

Traditionally, that's when our rainy season starts and so I'm holding thumbs we get rain here (but I know I'll be slated by everyone else).

I love magnolia blooms. They are beautiful flowers. My lilac tree is in blossom. The smell is so sweet :)

I saw a mini tornado over here a few years ago. It was a long twist of air. Fortunately, that particular one didn't do any damage.

Auch in der Schweiz und in Deutschland gibt es Tornados habe ich gelesen. Zum Glück selten und nicht so grosse.
Frühlingsbilder, wunderschön.
Liebe Grüsse

In England and in Canada we cross our fingers, we don't hold thumbs, at least I don't think so. Very Interesting. Send me a photo of you holding thumbs Des! Do you hold someone else's?
