Lilac Time

It is Lilac Time in Penticton. The pleasant perfume wafts around us as we wander around our area....

The cup battles are over, soccer is almost done for this season, and the flower photo of  two colors reminds me of the stadium at Wembley today, as it appeared on TV, half pale blue and half red, reflecting the team colors of Manchester City and Stoke City respectively, as the two sets of supporters cheered on their teams.

Die Frühlingsluft duftet so gut, ob nach Flieder, Glyzinie, warmer Erde, ...
Ich wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende.

I confess that I didn't watch the cup final. With exams this week, youngest needed a revision assistant.

The third lilac is the colour of mine. It's almost gone now, passing to brown, but the smell was intoxicating! All week, I was taking a quick walk down the garden to enjoy it.
